February 1, 2012- While the construction materials were arriving to the Barrio Virgen del Carmen in Arroyos y Esteros, the families from the community gathered this morning at the Community Center to give the groundbreaking of the 10 houses. Those houses will be built during the month of February, as part of the project “For the Future of our Children”.
