THE PROJECT “TOGETHER FOR YOUR HOME” DELIVERED MORE HOUSES.

On December 23, 2011 was held on a financial education workshop and distribution of certificates to 35 families who have recently completed their homes through the project “Together for Your Home” in partnership with Vision Banco and Habitat for Humanity Paraguay. Up today 129 families have received support through this project in Departmento Central, Concepción, Encarnación, Cordillera and Presidente Hayes.<

"We all have to dream, we must have hope, so these hopes can be our north and we can achieve them "said Charo Rojas, Manager of Vision Banco during the ceremony and distribution of certificates to each family, thus marking the beginning of a new stage in their lives.
Rachel Bertran, representing Habitat for Humanity Paraguay also contributed to this special moment by saying, "we are joyful with each of you, we know that we are an instrument of God, a human group with a high commitment to Habitat cause."

Finally, Beltran Macci, President of the Board of Vision Banco concluded the event with words of gratitude to these families: "I want to congratulate you for daring to dream of home ownership, we are proud of this project and we want to reach more people," he said.

One of the families who attended the meeting was Cristhian and Angeles, they mentioned that before they lived in a rented room in Mariano Roque Alonso and shortly before Christmas, they moved with their 4 children to their new home: "We feel a great joy. I tell everyone who wants to know,” I'm paying a bit more than it cost me renting a room, but it’s an accessible fee and we know that this is for our own house”. Cristhian gave thanks to everyone.
