Homes Level 1, 2 or 3
We build our houses for paraguayan families to last. Therefore Habitat Paraguay homes are made of highly durable materials, such as: bricks, cement floors and Spanish tile roofs.
Our traditional and progressive homes vary in size between 24 to 50 sq. meters (258-527 sq. ft).They can consist of 1 to 2 bedrooms, an indoor bathroom, a kitchen and a laundry sink.

Improvements
Besides building new houses Habitat Paraguay offers families different kinds of improvements for existing houses.
- Placement or replacement of tiled floor or smooth cement floor
- Simple wooden or metalic doors
- Repair or replacement of roof tiles
- Isolation against moisture
- Water based painting up to 150 m² of walls
- Extensions of sleeping rooms up to 12 m², bathrooms or kitchens
- Septic Systems
